Context and business problem
Since I returned to GPD Agency in 2025, I have helped the agency win Enea’s tenders. Every tender I worked on was won, and the collaboration is ongoing.
The challenge in each tender: present energy offers clearly enough that customers understand them and complete the journey, and show this in the pitch.
Constraints
- Tender timelines.
- Offers that are complex by nature (tariffs, conditions), which makes clarity the main design job.
My role and key decisions
- New landing pages: designed for the tenders.
- UX/UI design: a clearer offer and a smoother user journey.
- E-mailings: designed as part of the same journey.
- I have worked on a dozen or so tenders.
Decision: treat the mailing and the landing page as one journey.
Why: the promise in the e-mail is the first thing the customer sees on the page.
Where AI fits
I used AI to explore layout and copy variants quickly within tender deadlines; final directions were chosen by me and reviewed with the team.
Outcome and impact
- All tenders won.
- Tender-winning landing pages and mailings: clearer offers, a smoother user journey and higher sales.
What I learned
- In tenders, a clear offer wins twice: once with the jury and again with the customers after launch.
