Syntavio: website
Webflow implementation and technology advice for Syntavio, a tech and implementation company, delivered through my agency MyFlow.
- Client
- Syntavio · MyFlow
- Role
- Webflow implementation
- Team
- I worked on it alone
- Timeline
- 2026, about 3 months
- Outcome
- The site is fully live at syntavio.com
Context and business problem
Syntavio came with a design made by a previous designer and needed it built as a working website, plus advice on the technology behind it.
Constraints
- An existing design: implement it, don’t redesign it.
- Issues left in the design had to be solved during implementation, without changing the project’s direction.
My role and key decisions
- Webflow implementation of the whole site.
- Fixing issues left by the previous designer while implementing, without a redesign. The issues: missing responsive states, inconsistent spacing and missing components.
- Technology and infrastructure advice: which technology to use and how things should work. I recommended the CMS structure, the integrations, and the hosting and form setup.
Decision: solve design gaps in the build with the existing visual language.
Why: the client got a consistent site without paying for a new design.
Where AI fits
I used AI to speed up QA and custom code; everything was checked in Webflow before launch.
Solution
The live site, syntavio.com.
Outcome and impact
- The website is fully live.
- The client received a site built on the technology and infrastructure we agreed on together, ready to grow.
What I learned
- Implementing someone else’s design is mostly about judgement: knowing which gaps to fix quietly in the build and which to raise with the client.
