Role
Webflow development: the whole implementation
Timeline
Two stages: about 3 months (2024) and a rebuild of about 2 months (2025)

Context

Hey Alfie is a start-up building a smart property management assistant powered by AI. It helps owners organise services, handle admin and find the best deals on maintenance, insurance and other home services.

My role

I was responsible for the whole implementation of the website in Webflow, delivered through my agency MyFlow: development, CMS templates, Lottie animations and integrations. The design was not mine: in the first stage it came from an agency in London, in the second from Hey Alfie’s in-house designer.

Two stages

  • Stage 1 (2024, about three months): the first version of the site, presenting Alfie as an AI property manager. The video above shows it in a promo mockup.
  • Stage 2 (2025, about two months): a rebuild for the new version of the product, with tradespeople. I built it from the designer’s materials: page designs (home, how it works, services and tradespeople, reviews), a style guide with colour variables, typography and buttons, CMS templates for problems specific to each trade, and illustrations, icons and Lottie animations.

Solution

The live site, heyalfie.com. The screens below are the 2025 version, captured from the live site, including a trade page built from the CMS template.
